IoM Live Stream provides live streaming and videography services for weddings, funerals, corporate events, community gatherings, and other occasions.

Bookings are confirmed once we receive written confirmation and (where required) a deposit or payment.

Deposits may be non-refundable if a cancellation is made close to the event date.
If IoM Live Stream is unable to deliver the service due to technical failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a refund or alternative arrangements where possible.
We use professional equipment and best practices to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted streaming cannot be guaranteed.
Streaming may be affected by internet connectivity, platform outages, or other factors outside our control.
IoM Live Stream is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo).
All video and audio recordings created by IoM Live Stream remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a licence to use and share recordings for personal or business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit recordings without prior consent.
We handle personal information in line with our [Privacy Policy].
By booking our Services, you confirm you have the necessary permissions from event participants to be filmed or streamed.
IoM Live Stream will not be liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, emotional distress, or reputational damage.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.
